What happens after I send the form?

We call you back to arrange a time, then come out and inspect the roof.

You get written findings with dated photographs, and where work is needed, an itemised estimate. There is no charge for any of that and no contract to sign at the visit.

Do you charge for the inspection?

No, including the written findings and photographs.

You keep the document whether the roof needs work or not, and whether you hire us or not.

What information helps most up front?

Your address, roughly when the roof was installed if you know, and what prompted the call.

If a specific storm is involved, the approximate date helps. If there is a leak, where the stain appears inside is useful even though the failure is usually somewhere else.

Do you cover my city?

We cover Arlington, Dallas and Plano from our Arlington base.

If you are outside those and within a sensible drive, call and ask rather than assuming. We will tell you if we are not the right people, which is more useful than a maybe.
