The things a roofer usually doesn’t tell you

Written for homeowners deciding who to hire. Every legal claim cites the statute, bulletin or municipal page it came from, so you can check it without trusting us.

Why we publish these

The constraint turned out to be the strategy.

Texas Insurance Code §4102.163 rules out most of what a roofing company would normally write on a storm damage page. What is left is more specific and more useful: what the law actually says, what the city actually publishes, what the numbers actually are and where they came from.

It also turns out to be the material nobody else in this metroplex is publishing. We would like to claim that was strategic foresight. It was mostly the only honest option.

Book your roof inspection

Tell us about the roof. We come out, measure, photograph what we find, and put it in writing.

We never ask you to sign anything at the inspection. Texas law prohibits any roofer from paying or absorbing your insurance deductible, we will not offer to, and you should walk away from anyone who does.

Next step

Get a real number on your roof.
Measured, itemised, in writing.

A on-site inspection with dated photographs of what we find, followed by a written itemised estimate you can hold, compare, and submit yourself.
